Tournament of champions is hosted at Washington Highschool Tuesday November 25th through Saturday the 29th Is also called the Kevin Brown memorial tournament. This tournament is formed with top central Illinois teams and high end basketball teams all over the U.S. Some of the best teams in the nation have played there like St John Bosco, Link Academy, and Mater Dei. They have also had some big NBA names like Zion Williamson, Kon Kneuppuaal, and Jeremiah Fears as well as many D1 players too. 

Teams around Central Illinois will be facing some of the top teams in the country. They will be facing off against Mater Dei with a Kansas 4 star commit Luke Barnett. Dunlap, Metomatora, and Washington are some Mid-Illini teams playing in the tournament. St. John Bosco was the winner of the tournament last year with 5 star Michgan commit Brandon McCoy leading them. Some of the top coaches in college basketball come to watch like Brad Underwood head coach at Illinois and Tom Izzo head coach at Michigan State looking to recruit and find some of the top players in the tournament.

Some of the key matchups this year is Indianapolis Pike vs Wisconsin Lutheran on November 26th at 6:15 pm. Mater Dei vs Victory Christian on November 27th at 7:15pm. Washington Panthers vs Waukee Northwest (girls). Just last year is when they added girls basketball to the tournament but they are just showcase games. It’s looking to be a fun and exciting tournament this year with lots of talent.
