- 4 cups frozen cut green beans (see notes for canned or fresh beans)
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt (season to taste)
- 1½ cups crispy fried onions divided
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Add the frozen green beans and boil until tender crisp, about 2 to 3 minutes. (For fresh green beans, boil for about ten minutes.)
- In a large bowl, combine green beans with cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, pepper, salt, 1 cup of crispy onions, and cheese (optional). (If using cheese you can mix it into the soup or sprinkle it on top). Transfer to a 2-quart baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and mix, top with remaining onions, and then return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until crispy and golden.

What you’ll need:
- 4 -5 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons rapid rise, instant yeast
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1½ cups warm milk , 110°F
- 5 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 egg , room temperature
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine 3 cups of flour, yeast, sugar, salt, warm milk, butter, and egg in the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix with a dough hook until flour is incorporated.
Step 2: Increase speed to medium and beat for 2 minutes. Add the flour in half cup increments until a ball of dough is formed. The dough should be slightly sticky, soft, and pull away from the edge of the bowl.
Step 3: Transfer the dough to a lightly greased bowl and cover with a towel or plastic wrap. Let rise for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Step 4: Remove the towel or plastic wrap and deflate the dough by punching down lightly. Pinch off pieces of the dough and form 24 rolls. You can weigh them to keep the rolls close to the same size. (about 2 oz)
Step 5: Transfer the rolls to a lightly greased quarter baking sheet or 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover with a towel or plastic wrap and let rise for an additional 30 minutes at room temperature.
Step 6: Bake the rolls for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. If the rolls are getting too brown, just tent the rolls with foil.
Step 7: Remove rolls and brush hot rolls with the melted butter. Serve immediately or store cooled rolls in a plastic bag for up to 3 days.

What you’ll need:
- 4 pounds potatoes russet or Yukon gold
- 3 cloves garlic optional
- ⅓ cup melted salted butter
- 1 cup milk or cream
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Step 1: Peel and quarter potatoes, place in a pot of cold salted water.
Step 2: Add cloves of garlic & bring to a boil, cook uncovered for 15 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain well.
Step 3: Heat milk on the stove top (or in the microwave) until warm.
Step 4: Add butter to the potatoes and begin mashing. Pour in heated milk a little at a time while using a potato masher to reach desired consistency.
