With the regular 2025 volleyball season coming to a close, let’s recap this season for the Lady Chiefs Volleyball team. Coming off of last season with a 22-12 record and a shared HOIC Regular Season Title, the Lady Chiefs were looking to build from where they left off. The Lady Chiefs finished the regular season with a 14-16 record, and a 6th place seed in the HOIC tournament. Senior Jaelyn Nunley talked about the team saying, “This season has been very up and down. The team is looking to turn it around in the post season. In the HOIC tournament, everyone is pretty neck and neck, and we have to show up.” The volleyball team is currently playing in the HOIC tournament. They have a home court advantage for their regional this season, and they start off the post season facing Midwest Central on Tuesday. Come support your Lady Chiefs volleyball team in their post season run next week at home.
