Brunch Recipes:
Breakfast Casserole:

- Bacon
- Tater Tots
- cheddar cheese
- Eggs
- Milk
- Onion and Garlic powder

- Cook the bacon and cut it into bits.
- Grease a 9×13 baking dish then line with cooked tater tots.
- Season with onion powder and garlic powder.
- Sprinkle half of the bacon and shredded cheddar cheese over top.
- Pour egg mixture (eggs, milk, seasonings of choice) over tater tots and then top with cheddar cheese.
- Put the dish into a preheated oven at 350 degrees and bake for an hour then serve!

Cinnamon Rolls:

- 2 cans Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 cup & 3 table spoons of Heavy Whipping Cream
|
- Place Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls in a 13×9 baking dish
- Pour Heavy Whipping Cream over Cinnamon Rolls until you have a ¼ inch layer on the bottom of the pan.
- Mix melted Butter, Brown Sugar, and Cinnamon together until combined then pour over Cinnamon Rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes. Drizzle icing included in the Pillsbury Grands and serve!

French Toast Casserole:

- 1 loaf Brioche bread (cubed)
- 8 large eggs; beat
- 2 cups whole milk
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream (room temp.)
- ¾ cup Light brown sugar packed
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- half teaspoon kosher salt
Topping
- ½ cup all purpose flour
- ½ cup Light Brown Sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ (1 stick) Unsalted Butter
- Confectioners’ sugar for garnish
- Maple Syrup for serving

- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour mixture evenly over the bread, gently pressing down to ensure the bread is soaked.
- Cover the dish in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and kosher salt for the topping.
- Add melted butter and mix until crumbly and well combined.
- Cover topping mixture and refrigerate until ready to bake.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Sprinkle topping evenly then bake uncovered 45-55 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let rest for 10 minutes then enjoy!

Lunch and Dinner Recipes:
Christmas Tree Cheese Pull Apart Bread:

- 1 can of Buttermilk Biscuits
- 6 Mozzarella String Cheese
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- ½ Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Parsley
- ½ tablespoon Rosemary
- ½ tablespoon Basil
- 1 clove Garlic

- Open the biscuits and spread out on a floured surface. Then cut the dough into roughly 30 squares.
- Cut mozzarella cheese into 1 inch equal pieces having a piece for each square.
- Roll the dough into a tightly sealed ball pinching the edges.
- Once all 30 are complete, place them on a baking tray in the shape of a Christmas tree and bake for 16-18 minutes at 400 degrees.
- In a bowl, microwave the butter and stir in half of the parmesan cheese and all of the garlic and herbs.
- When the tree is finished baking, remove from the oven and use a pastry brush to brush on the butter mixture, garnish with the rest of the parmesan, then serve!

Ham & Swiss Croissant Bake:

- 6-8 Croissants
- 3-4 eggs
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh Rosemary and Thyme
- Ham
- Mozzarella or Swiss Cheese
- ½ cup of Butter
- ½ cup Honey
- ½ tablespoon Herbs

- Cut the croissant into thirds.
- In a large bowl, combine eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme, then whisk.
- Dunk each croissant into the egg mixture then place in a baking dish. Pour excess egg mixture over croissants after being placed into the pan.
- Take the ham and fold it over 4 times creating a rose shape then place in between the croissants in the pan.
- Then cut your cheese into squares and place it next to the ham.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over top then bake 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees.
- While baking, combine butter, honey and herbs into a bowl.
- Once the dish is completed lightly brush the mixture over top and serve!

Mini Pigs in a Blanket:

- 1 can Crescent Rolls
- Cocktail Weenies (rinsed and dried)
- Half stick Butter

- Roll out crescent rolls and press seams together.
- Cut the crescent rolls into four equal parts and then cut into 7-8 triangles.
- Place a weenie on the triangle and roll closed then repeat until you run out of triangles.
- Place onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes and bake on 375 degrees.
- Let cool and serve!

Sugar Cookie Cheesecake Bars:

- Sprinkles
- 2 blocks Cream Cheese
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 tablespoon Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 large Egg

- Press the dough down into a 9×9 baking pan.
- Top with sprinkles then bake for 350 for 10-15 minutes.
- Beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, vanilla, and flour until combined then mix in the egg.
- Pour the frosting over the cooled pan of cookie crust, then reduce oven temp 325 degree and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Let chill for 3 hours or overnight then enjoy!

Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cake Dip:

- 1 Block Cream Cheese
- ¼ cup Butter
- 8oz Cool Whip
- Sprinkles
- Vanilla Wafers

- Cut the Christmas Trees into pieces and put into a large mixing bowl.
- Add a block of cream cheese.
- Melt the butter and add to the mixing bowl.
- Use a hand mixer and combine the ingredients in the bowl until well combined.
- Add the Cool Whip into the mixture and mix again until completely combined.
- Pour additional sprinkles into the mixture.
- Use vanilla wafers as a scoop to eat and enjoy!

Funfetti Frosted Christmas Cookies:

- 3 cups White Cake Mix
- ⅓ cup Vegtable Oil
- 2 Eggs
- Sprinkles

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs.
- Add sprinkles into the bowl mixture then mix until doughy.
- Use an ice cream scoop and begin scooping the dough.
- After each scoop, roll the dough in sprinkles.
- Bake for 14 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Use frosting of your choice and then garnish with sprinkles and enjoy!
