Rachel is a senior in the class of 2025. She is the Co-President of the senior class and student council, the vice president of NHS, and the stage manager of the drama club. Her favorite subject in school is English because she enjoys creative writing and focusing on one thing and letting her creativity take control. During the summer and some weekends, she works and volunteers at Timber Pointe Outdoor Center, an Easter Seals camp that also hosts Camp Hope. Rachel chose journalism because she wanted to take as many writing related classes as she could this semester because it’s her senior year and she knew she would enjoy them. She also said, “It’s a good creative output. Also because I love Gilmore Girls, and now I’m Rory Gilmore”. When asked if she prefers the aisle or window seat on a plane, she said she prefers the aisle seat because she wouldn’t want to wake up someone sitting next to her to use the bathroom.
