This year, the Journalism class is hosting a March Madness Bracket Challenge! The rules are simple:
To participate you must be following the Journalism Instagram @dcmjournalism… (Ms. Hammond promised us a party if we reach a certain number of followers by the end of the year, so… Also, we’ll be updating everything here!)
Brackets can be found on Monday, March 17 in one of the following locations:
Ms. Hammond’s room
Mr. Reiman’s room
Mrs. Holly’s room
Mr. Linboom’s room
Ms. Tompkin’s room
Mr. Hill’s room
Turn your bracket into one of the above rooms by 3:10PM on Tuesday, March 18.
Keep an eye on the journalism website and Instagram for score updates. The winner will be announced after March Madness concludes.
PRIZES: TOP 3
3rd Place: $15 Amazon gift card
2nd Place: $30 Amazon gift card
1st Place: $40 Amazon gift card… and an officially licensed Fighting Illini basketball jersey signed by members of the 24-25 team.
Don’t know anything about basketball? That’s just fine! Enter anyway. Who knows? Maybe even the worst bracket will get something.
